Completely hooked

I reluctantly ordered the weight loss meals for myself and the men’s lean muscle meals for my husband. I have tried other companies before with no success since my husband loves to cook and hates frozen ready made meals in general. Both of us loved every single meal so far - we have 4 meals left. About to place our next order. Food tastes fresh, veggies are still crisp and portion sizes more than enough. Meals are well balanced and full of flavour. The best part: not wondering what to prepare for dinner after a busy day. And saving money because we don’t waste food going off in the fridge anymore. And the service and communication: excellent- also we received our meals still frozen in a remote area of KZN, and all my questions answered promptly.

It's so convenient. Great for busy moms on the go
Happy it's nutritious.
I was amazing at my food prep but now I have time to chill and it takes the hassle out of thinking what to make.
There is also a good variety which I'm happy with.

I purchased the Weight loss for woman and for men as myself and my husband are both overweight and have developed some health issues. We have been on it for 1 week and have both lost 3kg in the first week. The meals are flavorful and even though some of the textures and tastes are different than we are used to it is really good and nutritious. I also have al lot more time to go for walks and exercise as I spend no time doing shopping or cooking (and barely any dishes) Thank you Lean Living for making this difficult journey a LOT easier!
